Luxe gets lovely in this cold-shoulder top with tie accents at the sleeves, by Silence + Noise. Silky-soft woven fabrication in a relaxed-fit, A-line silhouette. Topped with a v-neckline + thin spaghetti straps. Topped with cold-shoulder 1/2 -length sleeves with tie cuffs. Finished with a V-back. As you can see, this has never been worn & still has the tags. It's a great flow silky shirt with ties on the shoulders,but it just didn't fit my chest or else I would be keeping it. Bought for $60
