I bought this in the UK and that is why the label says UK-12. This is lined and has tiny sequins all over front and back. I found this stunning top at a shop in London. You can wear this top over a pair of jeans or a pencil skirt. It looks great both ways. It's the perfect blouse to wear for a cocktail party. Very good quality. It is fully lined. The lining is a beige, skin tone. It is stretchy. The fabric is Polyester and Elastane. It is stretchy.
