NWT Sim & Sam Blue Bleached Chambray Look Button Down Top w/Waist Tie Size S

Here's a NWT Sim & Sam top. This is a light blue bleached finish top. It is 100% rayon and has a tie at the waist. This is new. I did see a few darker spots throughout the top, but I think it is part of the wash of the fabric. Size S. Chest approximately 22" across Length 21"
