NWT Sim & Sam Eyelet Skirt

New, white, eyelet skirt, with elastic waist. Inside lining so it’s not see through. Shell 100% rayon, lining is 100% cotton, machine washable. Waist is 13”, stretches to 17” & 17.5”L I would say this is more of a juniors. I bought it for myself and I usually wear a medium and this was to tight.
