New with tag high neck blouse by Simple Retro. Color is a very yellow cream color. The tag says it is beige, but it looks yellow creamy to me. Ruffle detail at neck and cuff. Pinto at neck and cuffs. Covered button placket. Sleeves have three button closure. Buttons are gold tone with smoke center. Gathered sleeves. 80% polyester/20% cotton. No stretch. Modest style. The top is modern, but it is giving 1980s Victorian revival feel. Also look cute with a light academia outfit. Size small. Please see measurements below for best fit. MEASUREMENTS: Should to shoulder: 15 inches Pit to pit: 19.25 inches The body of the top is fairly straight and ranges from about 20 inches across to 21.75 inches at the bottom.
