NWT- Size 12 Black+White Cocktail Dress, Bodycon bottom + Sheer Overlay top

New With Tags- Size 12. Unique Cocktail Dress with a white top and a sheer overlay with rhinestones that has a cape appearance and a button loop closure for the sheer part and a zip closure for the dress. The bottom of the dress is black stretchy bodycon fabric that is form fitting. There is some makeup markings on the neckline (see picture) that are on the inside not visible on the outside. This would be a great dress for a wedding guest or conference dinner.
