NWT Skies are Blue for Anthropologie Button down retro‎ print ruffle dress

This is a fantastic dress from Skies are Blue. The print is very mid-century. It would look fantastic with some black heels, and vintage gold and pearl jewelry. The shell is 100% polyester, and the lining is 100% rayon. It is 39” in length at it’s lowest, and 32” where the buttons end. Bust is 17.5” and the waist is 14”.
