Flat and unstretched the waist is 13" flat and the hip is 15" flat. This dress is full length to the floor with long sleeves a crew neck. Very covered up but because it hugs your body it is very sexy. I bought this in December 2022 from Skims but haven't had a place to wear it and I desperately need to make room in my closet.
