NWT Skims Tie Dye Mini Dress size Small

NWT- Never worn I'm reposting this dress because it's to small. Label says 2X but there is no way a 2X woman can fit this dress. I'm a size 2X and I can't get this dress past my shoulders. This dress is cut very small and at best is a size small, or no more than a medium.
