NWT Sleeveless Longline Button Waistcoat Vest (Cream 'White') - Lattelier Gorgeous long vest that flares out slightly toward the bottom to give it a fit and flare midi dress vibe. Front has graceful rounded lapels that come together in a deep V with a single center button. Accented by angled faux flap pockets. The back has unique tailoring with an asymmetrical pleat. Sides have long slit openings that begin at/below the hips for extra drama.
