abottrell @kcoapstick hi! The size 4 is 30 1/4" from the shoulder hem to the bottom of the inside lining. the ruffle tier adds another inch. The size 2 is is 27 1/2" with an extra inch of the ruffles. The extra ruffles go out and may not hang down directly under the inside lining
