NWT? Soft Burnt Orange Ted Baker London Racerback Tank Women's Size 0

This is one of the most puzzling pieces of clothing that I have ever owned. It was given to me as a gift back in 2018 or 2019, but I never wore it—it's just not my size, color, or style. By the design, it looks like it's athletic wear, but the fabric seems to be too "nice" and too sheer. I don't even know what one would wear underneath it. I am hoping that a Ted Baker enthusiast will know how to wear and appreciate this racerback tank! I have never even heard of the store that's printed on the tag. I'm open to offers on this one. Specs: - The color is like a soft burnt orange and it's difficult to catch accurately in a photograph. The photos that are most accurate to the true color are the closeups of the neckline and the backing. It's not at all a bright, hot orange in the full shots! - Has some faint, minor stains: two on the front (difficult to spot, please see the photos), and one in the back that is a little black dot as if by a pen. - Pic #7 has the tag showing through the fabric in the left-hand area, that is NOT a stain. - Has a silky feel against the skin and is stretchy!
