in good condition. although tags are attached, one sleeve has a small run/snag in it (last pic). not noticeable when worn. otherwise no flaws. this blouse is everything!! it features a dramatic high collar and lace panel chest. the chest also has beautiful lace detail. it buttons up in the back with classic pearl buttons. very soft, silky texture. this is a show stopping statement piece! Romantic, retro, Victorian, twee, coquette, glam aesthetic. pit to pit: 19in shoulder to hem: 24.5in tag size 12. blouse has no stretch. fits best as a size medium.
