NWT! Size Extra Small 70% Polyester 25% Rayon 5% Spandex dress with back zipper. Fabric has a very smooth feel to it! Waist is approximately 16 inches flat, but will stretch with spandex in fabric. Bust is 19 inches flat from pit to pit. Approximately 34-35 inches in length from shoulder to hem. Cute vinyl collar with green decorational buttons down front (not functional).
