NWT Split sleeve angle cut top with tie side

This top is super cute it has split sleeves and it's angle cut with a tie on the side. I bought it off of a sale rack because there are two areas of the seam that came loose. I never fixed it so I never wore it. The areas are pictured. It is 92% polyester and 8% Elastica
