NWT Spring/Summer Dress

NWT super cute and comfortable dress. Elastic waist with matching tie belt. V-neck in front and back. Fully lined. Pretty multi-color floral print. Can easily be dressed up or down! Fits like a 6, but would also work as a loose and roomy 4. I rebought this in an xs and never returned this one. Happy to answer any questions!
