Gorgeous light and comfortable poplin yellow tie dye ruffle top maxidress. Not lined. Pull on style. Can add belt or wear straight. Dress up with colorful necklace! New though small flaw front bottom of ruffle, see pic. Small mark, have not tried to remove. Marking down for this.
