NWT Stop Staring eggplant color retro dress

Gorgeous midi wiggle dress with beautiful defined seams and subtle black velvet piping around the neck and bust area. Gathered short sleeves and wide neck with cross over plunge. Retro but not overdone. Size is 3x which is equivalent to a US 18, but please see chart because I can fit this and I’m in between a 14 and 16. Small flaw in last picture- looks like extra stitches, may be able to take out?
