NWT Strapless sundress

Brand new, tags on (only tried on for pics, never worn). Size small, brand is Theme. Beautiful light and flowy sundress with elastic rouching and silicone band around the bust to keep it up. It's a bit too big on me and I don't have the bust to fill out the top :( would fit a 4/6 best, IMO. It's brand new, originally $40.
