💕NWT Striped Hi-Lo Top

NWT white and blue striped hi-low oversized shirt sleeve top from Angie. Tag says small, but it is VERY oversized and fits like a comfy large. Has vertical pin stripes down the front and back. Base is a cornflower blue. Has non-functioning pearlescent buttons down the front. V-neckline with asymmetrical hemline (hi-low). Sleeves have vertical stripes to match top.
