NWT Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots

Black leather with elastic calf. Never worn. Bought from Nordstrom rack and they were too small and didn’t return them in time. I’m sure they are comfortable but I couldn’t get my foot in them 🥴. I measured 23 in from the tallest part of the boot (the front). Are a great transition boot from winter to spring! So classic and will never go out of style.
