NWT Studio One Beige Sheath Dress with Gold Accent Buttons & Zipper—Size 14

Still new, but does have loose threads on the fabric tag. Possibly a factory issue? The tag should be looped in half, but it's flat. I added the last 2 pictures to show the tags. I bought this for an event, but ended up choosing a different dress. Reposhing to make room in my closet! Approx. 20.5" ptp, 40" length.
