NWT Stunning Neiman Marcus Black flare dress with blue accent vertical stripes

This dress is absolutely gorgeous, I just wish that it fit me. It is a Fit & Flare style and the blue accent panels are designed into the flare folds of the skirt. The skirt area has a built-in black slip. I took a picture of the skirt on the floor so that you can see how the color accents are incorporated in the flare The back is solid black. This beautiful dress could be worn to an office or dressed up with fancy heels. Like I stated, I just wish that it fit me, and it's been sitting in my closet for a long time. Smoke free home.
