Elastic at neckline and waist. 8.5” cover panel in front & back of bust. Pullover style. This dress is SO PRETTY!!! I hate to see it go, but I know realistically I’ll never wear it. ☹️ Wear with sandals or espadrilles and a floppy 👒 or dress it up with strappy heels! Either way it’s a win!
