Elastic bands also around sleeve cuffs. Lace style on sleeves and tiered sections of dress. Lined to just below first lace section below hips. Swiss dot design on alternating tiers of dress. Flowy, beach style. Approximate measurements: length 49”, 12” armpit to armpit laying flat (can easily stretch to 18-19” + with smocked fabric), waist 13” laying flat (can easily stretch more), hips 22” laying flat (very flowy feel).
