NWT Summer Dress

Maxi dress from the Rixo for Target collection. Off white with black polka dots, on a subtle leopard print background. Chest has 3 ruffles with same white leopard, but also has bright orange/red abstract floral. Dress is cut on a bias, so even though this is a 1x, it is pretty form fitting.
