NWT Super cute high neck Billabong dress!

This dress is so comfy! Super cute! Dress it up or down. It measures 46 and a half inches from the top shoulder to the bottom of the dress. I bought this dress in a large and medium and ended up keeping the medium. I🖤this dress. It fits like 7/8 length in the legs, I’m 5’5” (if that makes sense). Please feel free to ask any questions.
