NWT Sweatshirt Style Cowl Neck

LuLu B Cowl Neck size S. Light marbled gray. Buttons on cowl. Very thick material and a nice feel! I also have a size M in a darker solid gray, and it is about 1” smaller in size than this one is, all the way around. Yes that is correct, the other sized medium is smaller than this one even though this is a small. MEASURES: approx Length from back of neck to front is 27” and to back length is 28”.
