NWT, new with tag Black weave with random small silver strands, fringe down the sides 100% Acrylic. It feels soft and cool. It does not have a size -is one size- but it is roomy and adaptable; I bought it curvy and wearing plus size 16, my not so curvy size 12 friend bought one too. Therefore I've listed it as size XL.
