@judyzay to be 100% honest I got tired of the gym and eating right. Just wasnt working for me. I was super depressed. I made an appointment with a weight loss doctor and she has helped me by medical weight loss. Aka medicine and caloric intake. I havent been to the gym in 1.5 years, however I do need to get back. I would like to loose another like 8lbs, but I'm at a stand still. Guess I will have to break down and go back...

hey, its simply calories in / calories out. i've been on phentermine and i've been on a weight watches, jenny craig you name it...... i've done keto, all carbs, whatever.... what works is calories and get moving.... 30-40 mins a day do something don't matter if its cleaning the house. i've went from 250 down to 190, i'm 5ft7, so for me --> its been that easy but its also been hard lolol. its been challenging..but follow feliciafitnesshealth
