NWT Sz 3 skirt made for Nine Planet. It is a medium wash denim with three front pockets and a button and zipper closure. The back pockets have been removed and the bottom hem is undone. Made of a cotton/spandex blend. Measurements are 26 inches around the waist, 30 inch hips, and 16 inches long.
