NWT Sz 3/4 XOXO Black Pinstripe Dress Shorts

NWT Sz 3/4 dress shorts made for XOXO. They are black with raised black and dotted white pinstripes. These have no pockets, stitched cuffs around the bottom hems, and a button and zipper closure. Measurements are 29 inches around the waist, 36 inches around the hips, 7 1/2 inch rise, 13 1/2 inch inseam, and 20 1/2 inches long. The bottom of each leg opens 9 inches across.
