NWT Sz 6 skirt made for Hawksley & Wight. It is bright red with a repeating pattern of dotted circles in a light cream. The skirt is fully lined in red material and has a bit of elastic in the back of the waistband. There is a button and zipper closure on the back seam. Measurements are 26-28 inches around the waist, 40 inch hips, and 35 inches long.
