NWT Sz PS S.L.B. Multicolored Floral Print Blouse

NWT Sz PS blouse made by S.L.B. Petites. The material is semi sheer. It is primarily black and has a large multicolored floral print all over it. The sleeves are 3/4 length and have elastic in the cuffs. There is elastic around the top hem as well - I'm assuming this is supposed to be worn off shoulder. Made of 100% polyester. Measurements are 38 inches under the arms, 42 inches around the bottom hem, and 24 inches long.
