polkadotdrawer @pegster67 That is so cool - love meeting other Michiganders on here :) If you'd like I could take measurements, the material has a stretch to it. For reference, the mannequin is a true small, and there is a little "extra room" in the dress :)

polkadotdrawer @pegster67 Ok, so there is an elastic band just under the bust. When unstretched, and laying flat, it measured 13 inches across, or 26 inches around. BUT I stretched it out to see how far it could go, and I got all the way up to 20 inches flat, or 40 inches around. Hope that helps!
