NWT Sz S dress made for Ventti. The bodice and straps are black and the skirt is multicolored metallic circle stamps in a vertical pattern. The straps are adjustable and there is a bit of elastic around the waist. The top has padding sewn in for shape. Measurements are 30 inches relaxed under the arms, 26 inches relaxed around the waist, 34 inches around the hips, and 30 inches long.
