Greetings, are both pcs(top & bottom) size medium, does the lining cause the cargo pants to fit snug, if your hips measure 40 inches!!??

@annettewynn Hi, thanks for your inquiry! Both are Medium and as far as the lining, is seems to be the same as outer layer. I have to be honest, there’s no stretch and it measures about 21” across the hip area
