NWT TALBOTS Multicolored 24" Long Pleated Midi Floral Skirt Size 2! Very Pretty!

Love this skirt! So pretty! Perfect for spring and summer! I am 4'11` and I held it up close to me and it is a midi skirt, it is NWT and it is a size 2! It does have spots on the bottom of the skirt that appears to be dirt as shown in pic #8. I'm not sure!
