NWT TD True Decadence lacy mini dress or top

New with tags from True Decadence - a lovely lacy mini with all kinds of feminine sass. Top to bottom lace over blue and pink fabric, this jaunty little thing zips partway up the back then has a large open area before a tie closure. The cream lace sleeves are 15” long from the armpit seam. There is an attached fabric belt that has metal studs. The elastic neckline gives the opportunity to wear the lacy sleeves off the shoulder Before I give the measurements, a disclaimer… it says the size is 14 Tall. I am tall (5’10”) and if I wore this, let’s just say this would be a pretty sassy lacy *blouse* on me. But I am not young either. Adding to the mini-ness, is the hem which v’s longest in the front and back and chevrons shortest on the sides. It was sold as a dress, it’s listed as a dress, just be aware that, particularly for a “tall”, it’s a very VERY short dress.
