NWT A spotted owl makes up this adorable knitted handmade wool hat from Nepal. It's backgrounded in an ivory shade with an all over pattern of stylized owls in grey. It has the ear flaps with braided ties and fabulous tassels. The beak extends out 3" in a black knit. The eyes are a wonderful layered felted wool and a knit fringe with black button centers.
