Back has a tiny bit of elastic but the woven fabric has no stretch. Apprx. 17" armpit-to-armpit and the straps button to the back of the dress and have an extra buttonholes to make the straps shorter or longer Linen-Rayon blend. NWT, unworn, excellent condition
