NWT. Purchased in London at a small boutique. Never worn. Under skirt is a light blush pink, over lay is a light grey. It is a “one size fits all.” I generally wear a size M, a 28 or 6-7 in pants/bottoms/skirts and it fit really well when I tried it on. The waist band is elastic and stretches but not a whole lot.
