stariab @mdelilahethan The dress is 56” from the top of the shoulder to the floor. It is 15” across the bust (from bottom of armpits; 14” at waist. It is a true size 4 and material is a little stretchy. Has ruching at waist and is very flattering on. It has no dirt on it due to it being kept in a long department store bag since I bought it and has only been tried on twice. I bought it for a wedding but wedding was called off and that’s why I’m selling it.
