NWT Tahari Sheath Dress with Pearl Embellishment

This is a beautiful, new with tags, navy Tahari sleeveless, sheath dress. Boatneck and sleeveless with pearl “necklace” stitched at the top. Slight box pleats at the waist. The dress is lined and has a fabric with texture. Can work for daytime or evening. Size 12. Armpit to armpit measurement is 19 inches. Shoulder to hem measurement is 38 inches.
