The tie goes across the back of the dress. Short dolman-like sleeves. Scoop neck. Material has a soft, flowy feel. Lined interior (except for sleeves; sleeves are unlined). Approximate measurements: length about 45 1/2” from shoulder to hemline; bust about 22” from underarm seam to underarm seam. Stretchy material.
