This is a very cute lightweight size 10 dress by Tahari. They have it listed as black/white, so it looks dress to the eye. Very cute asymmetrical detail on the front bodice. Back zip. This dress originally came with a decorative thin belt, but it is missing. You can wear a belt with it, but it does not need one. This dress is new with tags.
