NWT Talbots belted skirt

The skirt is too tight on me (i am a 6) so you can see it flattens out my hips. It will look much better on a person smaller than me! It’s a high-waisted, just above the knee skirt. The slit is still sewn. It is very well-made with a slip like material under it. It has no stretch. It’s perfect for work!
