Beautiful fit & flare dress with a surplice neckline and pleated waist. Skirt features a built-in liner. Fabric feels like a very soft cross between jersey and mesh but with a bit of stretch. Polyester/spandex Approximate Measurements: Underarm to Underarm: 16" Length: 36.5" This brand seems to run a bit small. The brand was formerly called Tomsware and was rebranded to Tam Ware. Some items may be tagged with a Tomsware label. Most have tags attached but some were new in bags and were removed from original packaging to photograph and measure.
