NWT Tan Cotton Flowey Dress- Small/ Medium

90s style dress, the softest cotton and a very cool shade of tan. It is not marked with size, fits like M. I wear size 4, 5'3" and I love the way it is drapey on me. The length is perfectly above my ankles to show off a cute sandal/ boot (this would look so cute in the fall layered under a chunky sweater). It could probably fit comfortably for anyone up to a size 10. The hem was already cut when i found this, and is now a raw edge. MEASUREMENTS: Bust: 42 Armpit: 10" Waist: 44" Length: 48"
