NWT Target Knit B&W Dress w/Mesh Cutout

NWT Target dress, black & white crosshatch pattern with black mesh cutouts at neck and back. Round neckline (with mesh cutouts), flared skirt, cap sleeves & made with 95% polyester/5% spandex (very soft for Target). It's a little short if you have a longer torso like me but absolutely adorable!
